Summer Food Kickoff!

With summer coming soon, it's time to make sure children are eating healthy while school is out. Meridian Elementary provides free meals to children during the summer.

On Tuesday, July 11, 2017, at 8:30 a.m., at Meridian Elementary School we will kick-off the summer program.

The summer meals will be served at Meridian Elementary School on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, starting Tuesday, July 11, 2017. Breakfast will be served from 8:30 a.m.- 9:15 a.m. and lunch will be served from 11:15 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. This program will be available to any student 18 years or younger, and will run until August 17, 2017. Meals must be eaten on school grounds, and adults may not eat from children's plates.

Recently, some of our students from the High School's Physical Science classes went to the Young 5's class to help them with their Egg Drop project that they were working on. The High School students had quite a bit of background because they had just completed theirs! Check out the video from the day of the Egg Drop!
