Mrs. Wardin’s kindergarten class is already leaving their mark on our community! As Sanford Lake continues its journey toward being refilled after the flood, a brand-new reef will soon provide habitat for fish and support the lake’s ecosystem. Our youngest Mustangs had the exciting opportunity to help name it—and they chose “Mustang Tough Reef.”

This special name reflects resilience, strength, and community pride. Just like our students, Sanford Lake is coming back stronger than ever. Way to go, Mrs. Wardin’s class, for showing what it means to be Mustang Tough!
