Board of Education

Meridian Public School's Board of Education is composed of seven members:

  • Stephen Grubaugh - President, 6 years of service

  • Megan Clark - Vice-President, 2 years of service

  • Rebecca Hitsman - Treasurer, 11 years of service

  • Dennis Cole - Secretary, 21 1/2 years of service

  • Kristina Brawt - Trustee, 3 1/2 years of service

  • Jennifer Holzinger - Newly Elected Trustee as of 1/1/2023

  • Deborah Passmore - Newly Appointed Trustee as of 5/15/2023

Board of Education meetings are in-person and are held in the Meridian Early College High School Rooms 308/309 combined classroom. All meetings start at 6:30 p.m. unless stated otherwise.

  • Monday, April 24th - Supt. 2nd Round Interviews 5:00 pm

  • Monday, May 1st - Special Meeting to discuss Board Vacancy

  • Monday, May 15th - Regular Meeting and Board Vacancy Interviews in MECHS Commons, Rm 402 5:30 pm

  • Monday, June 12th - Special Meeting - Board Superintendent Evaluation Training 5:30 p.m.
