Early College

Project Lead the Way

At Meridian Early College, we provide a comprehensive academic program designed to engage students in work leading to post-secondary success. The links to the right are provided to help students and their parents navigate our range of courses in science, engineering, math, humanities, the arts, and physical education as they fulfill our graduation requirements, pursue their interests, and expand their experiences in high school. MECH offers a variety of courses, instructed by highly qualified instructors, to individualized your child's educational experience.

Meridian Early College High School is the only comprehensive community high school that is also a five-year early college. With this distinction, we sent over 120 students to Delta College during the 2019-2020 school year. These students earned nearly 3237 college credits with 87% of the grades earned were a C or above. Although we have achieved such success, our faculty and staff persist to even further improve our outcomes for all students. Through implementation of a multi-tiered system of support, a number of strategies have been outlined to provide a comprehensive support that meets the needs of all students and close persistent achievement gaps.
