MECHS 11th graders had the opportunity to explore life situations based on their personal career plan. In partnership with Midland County ESA, they planned budgets and problem-solved real life financial situations. Our graduates are more prepared to take that critical step forward on their journey to an independent life and rewarding career.

MECHS focuses on providing learners the skills they need to be successful both in high school and beyond. To be prepared to interview for professional positions, the MECHS Biomedical Science Program CTE and Principles of Engineering CTE learners participated in the entry event for the upcoming Ready, Set, Interview! project hosted virtually by Career Development Facilitators at Midland County ESA.
Over the next two months, learners will prepare a professional portfolio and improve their interview skills to be ready to participate in mock interviews with local businesses at Davenport University in March. #reachhigher
