Meridian Early College High School

Please join us for the 2019 Fall Band concert, featuring performances from 6-12th grade artists. The concert begins at 7PM, Tuesday, October 29th, in the MECHS gym.

REMINDER: Student parking at the High School is temporarily being moved due to a closure of the student parking lot, beginning on TUESDAY, October 29th. Please see the attached map for more information. Students are to park in the GREEN areas, staff in yellow, and red is CLOSED.

Half Day Reminder: TOMORROW, Friday, October 25, is a half day of school. Meridian Elementary releases at 11:25, Junior High at 11:15, and High School at 11:20. Have a great day!

4th Annual Trick or Trot 5K Trail Run/Walk on Saturday, October 26th, 10AM, at MECHS. Dress as you are or in costume!

REMINDER: Friday, October 25, is a half day for students. AM class schedule will be followed with an 11:20AM release time for high school students.

Please join MECHS Marching Band TONIGHT as they perform with other area bands at the 2019 Midland Marching Band Showcase, 6PM-9PM, Midland Community Stadium. MECHS is scheduled to perform at 8PM.

Leadership Luncheons continued this Friday with recognition of the Great Lakes Bay Youth Leadership representatives. Jacob Lafevor, Karina Kennard, and Maddison Gould represent MECHS at monthly regionally meetings to focus on issues related to leadership and diversity.

October is Michigan College Month! Michigan College Month has the goal to provide every high school senior the opportunity to apply to college and for financial aid. On Friday, Oct.,18 MECHS is hosting college application activities from 12-3PM.
